I am not sure why everyone is so negative all the time. Of course, there is pressure of our upcoming exams, but I find it is much easier, and much less stressful, to maintain an optimistic outlook on life.

There are fewer than one hundred days left until the OWL and NEWT exams. Ninety-six to be exact.
5th years
I know we have spoken of this before, but we really must start organizing study groups to start revising. I know personally I could have done better in this week's Defense lesson.

I cannot stop thinking about Byron and his wife. It is difficult to think of her as such, but I am to meet her in a fortnight. What I should be worrying about is exams and eventually OWLs as my parents expect me to do well. I expect me to do well.
Still, mother will want to talk about about prospective matches. Rosalind more than myself, I imagine, but after the last week and a half.... I do not want children for at least another five years, if not more.
